Refunds/Exchanges are offered on any unused product and can only be performed within 30 days from the delivery date with proof of purchase. Please email us at info@charmedaroma.com or via Contact Us page beforehand as we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

We don't refund the cost of shipping, nor do we cover the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds for customer-initiated returns will be less than $13.99 and a 25% restocking fee (restocking fee only applies to international orders)

Refunds/Exchanges will not be offered if the product has been used or if the jewelry has been removed.
- Refunds/Exchanges for damaged products cannot be issued if photos are not provided.

Refunds can only be issued in the original form of payment or store credit. Note that you will have to shoulder return fees and reshipping fees (for exchange)
- Personalized Candles are final sale and are not to be returned or exchanged
- Refunds to be issued in the original form of payment can only be performed 60 days from the date of purchase.
