I recieved my order i had 11 pieces of jewelry in only 4 small jewelry boxes , everything was tangled and i am not happy . I should of gotten a jewelry box for each item. How do i give these out as gifts with no box. i paid alot of money for this order so have to untangle everything i recieved .

I have been in contact with customer service and my order is being prepped for return. But I am so disappointed with my order, I felt I needed to add a comment. I can see from another comment, listed over a year ago, that the issue I have is apparently an ongoing matter. Nothing learned from the last complaint.
3 items, 2 bracelets and a necklace, were boxed in (what appears to be) a ring box - ONE BOX - NOT THREE and it showed up a tangled mess. These were gifts - I expected them to come in 3 boxes.
Contacted customer service, the customer service agent was apologetic and did her job. But I was not offered anything for my trouble. There were problems with the return code which took nearly a week for that to be corrected (again I'm the one who had to keep following up). All this back and forth, a trip to the post office, and have nothing to show for it - except for the interest charge on my visa.
If this was my company, I have already issued a free replacement of the items, properly boxed and shipped plus issue a full refund when the damaged product was returned. You need to make an unhappy customer walk away thinking that this was a one tip slip up and that I'm a valuable customer. None of that was done.
A company like yours needs to do better than this. Is it your policy that you ship product out so half heartedly? You can order jewelry bags on TEMU for a very cheap price is if its the cost you're trying to reduce. Is it an employee who really doesn't care about how they package orders? If so, perhaps this isn't the right position for that person. WHATEVER the issue is, take time to fix it. This was my FIRST AND LAST time I'll ever order from your company again.
Shameful - do better.
