Due to an increase in transit-related damages, we no longer use a "Fragile" warning. We realize it sounds counter-intuitive, but packages with "Fragile" warnings have actually been proven to be mishandled more often. According to a report by Popular Mechanics, packages marked as "Fragile" are more susceptible to abuse by mail carriers. It is in the best interest of our customers that we've chosen to minimize the visibility of our packages as fragile.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact our support team so we can make things right!
