Don't worry! This is known as a pre-authorization charge. When an order is attempted, Charmed Aroma's credit card processor verifies the account to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the order. The funds are held and deducted from the credit limit, but not yet transferred to Charmed Aroma.
The money will be refunded in full if the hold is allowed to expire before the settlement occurs. A settlement will not occur if the transaction cannot be authorized. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the hold to be lifted.
